Where are your jewelry pieces made?

All of our handmade pieces are made and assembled in the USA in sunny South Florida. We source our curated pieces from all over the world. 

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

We use all different kinds of materials. Stainless steel, gold plated stainless steel, matte black stainless steel, sterling silver, jade, rope. We like to incorporate all different types of materials to be able to offer a variety of items. We take the time to find the best materials to use in all our pieces. 

How do your bracelets fit?

All handmade bracelets are either custom made for your wrist size or adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. We designed them to be lightweight, comfortable and durable, so you can wear them daily, to work or play. 

How do I properly care for my jewelry?

To clean, wipe with soft cloth. Avoid frequent contact with strong chemicals, such as detergent, bleach, perfume, etc. Store in a jewelry box or soft cloth. Always remember to remove your gold bands before shower or exercise. Do not wear them in hot tubs or swimming pools.

How do items come packaged?

All jewelry comes in a gift ready recyclable packaging. Our clothing and accessories come wrapped in plastic pouches to avoid any damage during shipping.

How long does my order take to ship?

We try to ship as soon as we receive an order. Most orders will go out the same day if order is received by 11am. Otherwise, orders will ship the next day. Standard shipping is usually 2-5 days depending on the shipping address. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge if you need your item sooner. Expedited sipping usually takes 2-3 days depending on the shipping address.

How much per item is donated?

10% of each item will be donated to the coordinating charity.

What charities do you support?

We try to donate to charities that receive high ratings for their financial health and its accountability and transparency. They execute their missions in a fiscally responsible way while adhering to good governance and other best practices that minimize the chance of unethical activities.

I feel there are better or additional charities to donate to. What can I do? 

We love to hear your input! Please email us at info@rarityroom.com with the charity name and website and we would be happy to further research the charity. 

How can I order for an event?

If you have a party or charity event that you would like to purchase items for, please send us an email. We are happy to offer discounted prices for bulk items. 

My jewelry broke can I replace it or return it?

Our jewelry is assembled with precision and the highest standards. However, if by any chance your item breaks, we would be happy to replace it or fix it. Please email us at 

How do I return and item?

Of course we want you to love your items as much as we do! However, if by any chance you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and we would be happy to offer you a refund.
